• Proven experience as a computer technician
• Good knowledge of computer systems (PC and point of sale equipment), printers, mobile phones, tablets, and peripherals
• Good knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft)

• Basic knowledge and experience with LAN/WAN networks
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills
• Exceptional organising and time-management skills
• (Desirable) Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+)
• Language(s): English (professional), French (professional)

Job description:

• Setting up, installing, and maintaining computer hardware and software systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving computer issues, such as errors, connectivity problems, or hardware failures
• Running diagnostic tests and performing regular upgrades
• Providing technical support and ensuring data protection
• Repairing computer equipment and network devices
• Removing viruses, and troubleshooting malware, adware, and spyware
• Adjusting computer hardware components to ensure better performance
• Diagnosing network connectivity problems
• Providing users with technical training and assistance when necessary
