G.Digital are partnering with a growing organisation in West Yorkshire that’s continuing to build out its data and analytics capability. They’re now looking for a Junior BI Analyst to join the team and support the migration and modernisation of their reporting landscape.

This is a brilliant opportunity to not only jon a a growing and diverse organisation, but also for someone early in their data career who wants to build strong Power Bi foundations, learn from senior analysts, and progress into a broader Data Analyst role over time.

💻 What you’ll be doing:

✅ Building and reimagining dashboards in Power BI, migrating from existing Tableau and Excel reports

✅ Working with pre-defined datasets to create clear, consistent reporting

✅ Supporting the automation of manual and admin-heavy reporting tasks

✅ Learning best practice Power BI structures, templates, and standards

✅ Supporting the wider data team across day-to-day BI and reporting needs

🛠 What you’ll bring:

✔️ A solid understanding of Power BI and how to use it

✔️ Around 1 year of commercial experience or a recent graduate with hands-on Power BI projects

✔️ Basic SQL knowledge and an interest in working with data

✔️ A willingness to learn, ask questions, and develop technically

✔️ Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to reporting
