This role is ideal for ambitious developers eager to accelerate their careers while working on cutting-edge digital transformation projects across both public and private sectors.

As a Junior Software Developer, you will contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle—from design and analysis to coding, testing, and delivery—while collaborating with highly experienced technical leads and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in system development across front-end, back-end, and integration layers.

• Assist in workflow planning, process optimization, and quality assurance.

• Translate customer requirements into efficient and scalable technical solutions.

• Support end-to-end delivery of software projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Engage in daily technical discussions and peer collaboration to solve complex challenges.

• Undergo intensive Scala training to enhance technical proficiency and prepare for advanced projects.

• Gain exposure to a diverse set of technologies such as .NET, C#, Java, ReactJS, Angular, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, Sitecore, Docker, Azure, and Azure DevOps.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the IT industry.

• Hands-on coding experience using Java, Python, .NET, C#, or other full-stack languages.

• Understanding of databases such as MongoDB, SQL, or other document databases.

• Familiarity with unit testing, agile methodologies, and software delivery pipelines.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude.

• Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK when required.

• Must have existing right to work in the UK.
