Keepmoat, one of the top 10 UK housebuilders, is seeking a Land and Partnerships Manager to join their West Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting the team to acquire land in line with the region's five-year business plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and progressing land and partnership opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of Keepmoat’s regional business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy.
- Source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities.
- Lead and supervise on bid submissions.
- Take ownership of legal agreement negotiations, including pre-sale opportunities with key partners.
- Develop strategies for land and partnerships, influencing senior decision-makers.
- Mentor and motivate team members, enabling them to perform at their best.
