Keepmoat, one of the top 10 UK housebuilders, is seeking a Land and Partnerships Manager to join their West Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting the team to acquire land in line with the region's five-year business plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and progressing land and partnership opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of Keepmoat’s regional business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the regional business plan and land acquisition strategy.
• Source, manage, and progress land and partnership opportunities.
• Lead and supervise on bid submissions.
• Take ownership of legal agreement negotiations, including pre-sale opportunities with key partners.
• Develop strategies for land and partnerships, influencing senior decision-makers.
• Mentor and motivate team members, enabling them to perform at their best.
