Lead Consultant

Description:

Pearson Carter is partnering with a rapidly growing end-user organization based in the West Midlands to recruit a Lead Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant. This strategic role offers a highly engaging opportunity to be at the forefront of D365 implementations, focusing on both Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement (CE).

In this hybrid position, you'll work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to lead digital transformation projects that span from requirements analysis to system configuration and solution deployment. The successful candidate will be an expert in Dynamics 365 platforms, capable of handling complex business challenges and translating them into actionable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and resolve technical issues, ensuring robust support for end-users and stakeholders.

• Evaluate business processes and identify how Dynamics 365 can best fulfill organizational needs.

• Collaborate with change managers and vendors to define and implement technical requirements and enhancements.

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom solutions and integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

• Oversee change management initiatives and play a pivotal role in optimizing digital workflows.

Required Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 implementations (CE and/or F&O).

• Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

• Strong business analysis and leadership capabilities.

• Familiarity with the Power Platform and technical customizations.

• A proactive mindset with an ability to foresee improvements and lead strategic changes.

• Competitive salary up to £95,000 annually
