As a Lead Data Scientist, you will take ownership of the entire data science lifecycle — from defining strategies and developing advanced models to delivering actionable insights for clients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced machine learning and data science projects.

• Define strategic data science initiatives aligned with client and organizational objectives.

• Develop bespoke models, algorithms, and analytical solutions to address unique business challenges.

• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation, client pitches, and identifying new consultancy opportunities.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.

• Strong expertise in advanced data modelling, machine learning, and statistical methods.

• Proven ability to deliver data science solutions that create tangible business value.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in client-facing roles.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, consultancy-driven environment.
