Axiom is actively hiring experienced Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical Lawyers to support a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. This hybrid, full-time position based in London offers exceptional opportunities for professionals passionate about cutting-edge legal work within a global alternative legal services leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of complex commercial agreements, including:

  • Vendor agreements

  • Clinical trial and supply agreements

  • R&D and licensing agreements

  • Technical services and safety data exchange agreements

  • Software licenses, master service agreements, and indemnity contracts

• Provide regulatory advice related to MHRA/EMA advertising, promotion, and labelling issues

• Deliver strategic, business-oriented legal counsel directly to corporate clients

• Navigate fast-paced, cross-functional environments with sound legal judgment and professionalism

• Operate independently or as part of Axiom’s legal team, depending on client needs

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Post-qualification experience: 2–10 years

• Background in a pharma, biotech, medical device firm, or law firm serving life sciences clients

• Sound knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks including MHRA/EMA guidelines

• Strong contractual and regulatory drafting skills

• Excellent business acumen and interpersonal abilities

• Legal right to work and practice law in the UK
