Lettings Manager

With over 60 years in the local market, our client, an independent agency in Central London, is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to replace their long-standing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and self-motivated professional to lead a lettings team in a highly desirable location.

• £35,000 basic salary, with £70,000 OTE.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Manage the lettings process from start to finish.

• Advise landlords on best practices and market conditions.

• Carry out valuations of properties.

• Lead and motivate the lettings team.

• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.

What We Need in You:

• At least 5 years of experience working within Lettings in London.

• At least 1.5 years of experience as a Lettings Manager.

• ARLA qualified is desirable.

• Proficient in carrying out property valuations.

• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work autonomously.
