Proper Recruitment is working with one of London’s largest independent Estate Agents, currently seeking a Lettings Negotiator for their successful office in London Bridge. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Conduct viewings and market appraisals.
• Negotiate offers and close deals.
• Provide expert advice to clients.
• Work closely with other team members to achieve targets.
• Stay up-to-date with the property market and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Experience in lettings; ARLA qualification is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Anti-money laundering checks.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence is required.

What’s on Offer:

• Salary: £20,000
• On Target Earnings (OTE): £50k - £60k
• Benefits: Company car, incentivised trips abroad.
