I'm working with an established organisation looking to add a 2nd Line Support Engineer to its IT function.

This is a hands-on technical support role, acting as the escalation point for issues that can't be resolved at first line and taking ownership of incidents through to resolution.

You'll support a broad technology environment covering end-user computing, Microsoft 365, identity, networking, infrastructure and business-critical applications.

Key experience:

• Windows 10/11
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Active Directory & Entra ID
• Laptop, desktop and mobile device support
• Endpoint management, patching and software deployment
• Networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi and VPN
• Infrastructure incident troubleshooting
• ITSM / ITIL processes
