Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across machinery and site services.

• Perform hydraulic and pneumatic fault-finding.

• Carry out fabrication, machining, and occasional welding tasks.

• Support installation work and continuous improvement projects.

• Assist electrical colleagues when required.

• Maintain boilers, compressors, pumps, AHUs, and extraction fans.

• Identify and implement reliability improvements.

Requirements:

• Level 3/4 NVQ or equivalent in Engineering.

• Time-served apprenticeship or similar background.

• Proven experience in production maintenance.

• Confident with hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and machining.
