My client’s firm has a strong reputation across private client, property, family, and dispute resolution. Their litigation practice is particularly well known for dealing with a diverse mix of work, including contentious trusts & probate, property disputes, and broader civil/commercial matters.

This role offers early responsibility, direct client contact, and the chance to work closely with experienced partners on high-quality, often complex instructions. The team values collaboration and is keen to bring in someone who will grow with them.

Candidate Profile

• Solicitor qualified in England & Wales with 1–2 years PQE in litigation/dispute resolution
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Organised, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
• Confident communicator with a pragmatic and commercial mindset
• Experience in property or probate disputes is essential
