Description:
Harnham is seeking a Loyalty Manager (Contract) on behalf of a well-established international Health & Beauty retail group renowned for its pharmacy and beauty brands. This opportunity sits within the Group Centre of Excellence team, where the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer loyalty strategy across multiple European markets.
This 12-month outside IR35 contract is perfect for a commercially focused professional who excels in developing digital-first loyalty propositions and can influence stakeholders at the highest level. With over a dozen loyalty programmes across the business portfolio, this role is essential in evolving a cohesive and modernised loyalty experience, especially app-driven engagements.
Drive the end-to-end development of innovative loyalty concepts tailored to regional European business units
Partner cross-functionally with regional stakeholders, CRM, and technology teams
Develop, test, and refine app-first loyalty propositions that foster customer engagement
Deliver thought leadership on loyalty trends, digital strategies, and consumer insights
Influence and present strategies to senior leadership with clarity and impact
Proven track record in customer loyalty programs, CRM, and consumer strategy
Strong stakeholder and cross-cultural management skills, ideally in a Pan-European context
Strategic and analytical mindset with hands-on testing and proposition iteration experience
Prior experience in consultancy or working at group/corporate level is beneficial
Comfortable navigating non-technical business environments while liaising effectively with CRM and tech teams
Contract Duration: 12 months
Day Rate: £300–£340 per day
Engagement: Outside IR35
Location: London (2–3 days a week onsite)
