Parkdean Resorts is currently seeking a hands-on and proactive Maintenance Assistant to join their dynamic team at the Windermere Holiday Park. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building and maintenance tasks across the park and holiday homes, including plumbing and electrical work (depending on skillset).

• Maintain the grounds through fencing, laying slabs, turfing, and tending flower beds.

• Respond to guest maintenance queries in a timely, professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption.

• Keep all outdoor areas tidy, clean, and hazard-free while reporting any issues to management.

• Manage gas bottle deliveries, replacements, and checks for holiday homes.

• Carry out maintenance duties in accordance with company policies and health & safety standards.
