✨ Key Experience We’re Looking For

• Background in mechanical or electrical work
• Qualified to at least NVQ Level 2
• Experience in fast-moving environments where downtime matters
• Comfortable diagnosing issues and finding practical solutions
• Familiarity with automation, warehousing, or logistics tech (a bonus, not essential)
• Basic computer literacy for updating logs or reports
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A detail-driven, safety-focused approach
