We’re working with a global Music, Artist Management & Entertainment business who are looking to hire a switched-on Management Accountant with music industry experience into a newly created role.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing, fast-moving business operating across touring and artist representation, with real international exposure across the UK and US.

You’ll take ownership of a global division and work closely with leadership - not just producing numbers, but helping shape commercial decisions in a deal-driven environment.

🎯 The Role:

• Lead month-end and produce divisional management accounts

• Deliver clear variance analysis and performance insight

• Own budgets, forecasts and cashflow

• Support audit and statutory reporting

• Partner with divisional leads on profitability and cost control

• Drive process improvements and strengthen controls

🎧 What They’re Looking For:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or finalist

• Strong management accounting experience

• Music industry experience essential – touring, record label or artist management

• Comfortable working across UK and international entities

• Commercial mindset and confident stakeholder engagement
