Our Sydney Deal Advisory team is experiencing continued high growth and we’re looking for Transaction Services Experienced Managers to come and join us. You will get an opportunity make a major contribution to the continued growth of the team whilst fast-tracking your career progression.

As an experienced Transaction Services Manager, you will manage, and lead teams performing detailed financial analysis (i.e. financial due diligence and forecast reviews) and preparing reports/presentations for senior management and boards.

This role will also provide the opportunity to:

• Interact directly with senior management (C-suite) of our clients
• Identify negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring
• Performance management, mentoring and training junior staff members
• Set a career path with clear and honest visibility around progression
• Be responsible for business development and pursuit activities as well as cultivating long-term client relationships
• Develop and manage divisional strategic tasks.

About You

Our preferred candidate comes from a Corporate Finance background ideally from a professional services firm. You will be bold, client-focussed with a growth-mindset.

Combined with:

• 6 years of relevant work experience (including 4 years’ experience in a dedicated Transaction Services role)
• Background in another leading accounting or advisory firm or investment banking
• Strong report writing, research, modelling and financial analytical skills.
• Delivery and project management experience
• CA and/or CFA qualifications or similar
