Eames Consulting is working exclusively on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pricing Manager to join their client’s London-based team. This role is ideal for professionals with proven managerial capabilities and expertise in Financial Lines (FL) classes of business.

As the Pricing Manager, you will oversee a medium-sized team, driving pricing strategy and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across the business. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders while playing a pivotal role in shaping the pricing function of a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a medium-sized team of pricing professionals.

• Oversee pricing strategies and models within Financial Lines (FL) classes of business.

• Collaborate with senior management to support underwriting and business decisions.

• Develop, refine, and implement pricing methodologies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

• Monitor performance and provide insights into pricing trends and market conditions.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Requirements:

• Strong background in pricing within the insurance or actuarial field.

• Hands-on experience in FL classes of business is essential.

• Proven leadership and managerial skills, with experience leading teams.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior stakeholders.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup with at least 2 days in the London office.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary of £100,000 – £120,000 (≈ £8333 – £10,000 per month).
