Managing Director & Programme Manager

We are looking for a collaborative leader and a proficient producer to hold the fort while our Managing Director and Programme Manager are on maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for two people passionate about delivering high-quality music programmes with young people to lead a vibrant east London-based music project, combining creative sessions in schools and communities with delivering small and large-scale performances.

We are open to looking at different combinations of people to fulfil both roles, so there is a degree of flexibility in terms of full-time/part-time contracts and the level of experience you need to bring.
