As our current Chief Quantity Surveyor has stepped down to a part-time role before retirement, we are seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead and manage our Quantity Surveying team and drive cost management across all projects. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, where you will mentor and develop Quantity Surveyors, survey projects, oversee commercial performance, support project delivery teams in contracts administration, and ensure compliance. Your expertise will shape procurement strategies, manage high-value contracts, and influence business decisions at a high level.
