Margin Support Manager

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Food and Beverage operator to business partner the Park F&B leaders, ensuring that all margin systems & ways of working are established, understood are consistently operated. This encompasses food, drink and franchise operations and ultimately ensures delivery of margin profitability at both park and for the central F&B P&L. This is a fixed term contract until the end of 2025.

Your Opportunity

To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
 

• Implementing & delivering the efficiency plan, through highly effective analysis, accurate communication, effective review process’s & robust planning
• Acting as the lead conduit & facilitator in Margin excellence between park and central F&B team
• Partnering across the business to ensure efficient training and upskilling of Team Members to facilitate delivery
• Partnering across the business to ensure systems, processes and communications are suitable and efficient
• Regular reporting and dashboard development, providing tools and measure which clearly show improvement opportunities

• Strong Food and Beverage operational knowledge, including a full understanding of F&B models across QSR and Casual Dining
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present to all levels
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
