Market Access Manager

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Market Access Manager to lead UK-wide strategies for biosimilars across all four nations. In this role, you will influence NHS decision-makers, shape access pathways, and identify opportunities to maximize the value of our products locally.

What You’ll Be Doing
 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS stakeholders, Key Opinion Leaders, payers, policy makers, and procurement teams.
• Identify opportunities for access, influence decision-making, and secure formulary inclusion.
• Lead tender submissions, business cases, and reimbursement activities.
• Develop and implement market access plans across the product portfolio.
• Prepare access strategies that support successful product launches.
• Create tools and materials demonstrating both clinical and economic value.
• Stay aligned with NHS priorities, policies, and programmes across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
   

What We’re Looking For
 

• 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical market access.
• Strong knowledge of NHS structures, pathways, and biosimilar approvals.
• Familiarity with market access systems across all four UK nations.
• ABPI qualification is required.
• Experience leading UK tenders and business case submissions.
