Marketing and Financial Promotions Adviser

Description:

Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of investment management services. They are looking for a Marketing and Financial Promotions Adviser to join the team based in London.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review, challenge, and provide final sign-off for Group financial promotions, marketing materials and other client facing information.
• Take a proactive, hands-on approach, making recommendations regarding necessary edits for all financial promotion communications and marketing materials.
• Provide advice to the Marketing department on financial promotions content and wider marketing materials to ensure it is regulatory compliant, including Consumer Duty requirements.
• Act as a main contact point for technical queries and regulatory matters to marketing and distribution.
• Maintain the governance control framework for financial promotions and marketing material approvals.
• Develop and enhance digital controls and exploring ways to automate and streamline processes to ensure rapid delivery of compliant content in all areas, including marketing content.
• Acting as the interface between the Marketing department and Compliance department to establish a collaborative, effective way of working.
• Develop comprehensive policies, procedures, checklists, and training materials to support this area.
