Marketing And Partnerships Coordinator

Description:

We are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator to join our small core team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience of partnership working, a knowledge of the arts and education sector in Nottingham and a strong belief in the importance of creativity in children and young people's lives.

We need an excellent communicator who will:

  • Manage our website and social media channels, amplifying youth voices and championing our arts partner’s programmes to engage more children and young people from across Nottingham's diverse communities.
  • Liaise with educational settings to support their engagement with the Cultural Rucksack programme; ensuring clear and regular information is shared through our bi-monthly mailchimp enewsletter and wider schools engagement channels.
  • Support the development and delivery of family programmes, such as Family Arts Explorers, Summer Arts Pop-Ups and community events.
  • Support our professional networks and communities of practice – providing admin and project management support to various action learning projects and our Operations Partners group.
  • Develop and strengthen the use of evaluation methods and data collection across the partnership for regular reports to meet funding requirements, working closely with our Child Friendly Creative City programme partners.
  • Support Connecting Notts, our Youth Board (16-26yr olds), and their events programme for the Young Creatives Network.

If you’re an excellent communicator with a passion for creativity and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
