Marketing Assistant

Description:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team and help share the Marshfield Farm story and our award-winning ice cream. We are on a mission to be the most loved ice cream of British families and have a rich history of making ice cream for the last 35 years on our family farm.

You will be working with our small but mighty marketing team, reporting into the Marketing Manager and supporting our marketing strategy across all channels. The right person will be social media savvy, have creative flare, a keen eye for detail and have a proactive, can-do attitude.

This role is about keeping our community happy and supporting the marketing team to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans that drive brand awareness for both our trade and at home customers. You will be the ‘beating drum’ of our department, keeping our ice cream front of mind for our community.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing all social media channels for Marshfield Farm, creating engaging, community focused content to support key campaigns
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager in developing content calendars aligned with our brand
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments and social media posts
• Creating content and copy for digital marketing channels, including our newsletters to At Home and Trade customers
• Support in graphic design tasks, including creating content for digital marketing activity and leading on Marshfield Farm branded POS for customers, using the Adobe Suit
• Working closely with our Ecommerce Sales lead to promote DeliverMOO, our at home ice cream delivery service
• Collaborate with the wider team members across a range of tasks, including customer support, sales support and general office admin

This role is ideally suited to a self-motivated person with a ‘can-do’ attitude who is happy to join and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment as a team player. It won’t be your first time working with a marketing team, but you’ll be keen to learn and grow in your role.

This is a full-time role, primarily based at the farm, however after the probation period, flexible or remote working opportunities can be discussed.
