Marketing & Communications Manager

Description:

We are hiring a full-time Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Brand & Marketing team in London. Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Director and working closely with the Founder, this role will support and deliver brand marketing, communications, PR, and editorial activity across all channels.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering integrated brand and marketing campaigns from concept to launch
• Developing and maintaining brand messaging, positioning, and tone of voice
• Leading communications, campaign narratives, and go-to-market plans
• Managing editorial and social channels (including Substack and TikTok)
• Managing PR activity and agency relationships across the UK & US
• Writing and editing copy across editorial, product, social, CRM, and press
• Managing multiple projects and timelines cross-functionally

Requirements:

• Advanced marketing and communications experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication and copywriting skills
• Strong brand strategy and messaging capability
• Proven project management and organisational skills
• Experience in PR, media relations, and digital marketing
• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
