About the Role

As a rapidly growing business, the marketing executive is a key role to support our marketing team, working across a range of clients and projects. Key Responsibilities

· Support the development of presentations and creative marketing materials

· Reference scientific materials and upload content for regulatory review

· Proofread and quality check marketing collateral

· Support and interpret market research projects

· Assist in developing quotations and proposals for new business

· Manage timelines and deliverables for key client projects

· Liaise with suppliers and partner agencies

· Support Koodoo consultants during client workshops and meetings

About You

· Degree educated

· Proactive, energetic, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

· A strong communicator with both creative and analytical skills

· Detail-oriented and committed to delivering accurate work to deadlines

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

· Interested in healthcare and marketing with a keen appetite for learning

· Motivated by personal and professional development

Important Details

· Salary: £31,190 per annum (based on a 40-hour week)

· 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (33 days total)

· Company pension contributions

· This is a fully on-site position at our Kingston upon Thames office

· Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
