Description:
We’re seeking a sharp, forward-thinking Marketing Intern to join our team and take the lead on running our in-house marketing strategy across digital channels. This is not your average internship - you’ll be working side-by-side with our London- and NYC-based leadership team to elevate how we communicate our brand, the talent we represent, and the client work we’re proud of.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and wants to own strategy, design, and storytelling from day one.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design & Own Our Marketing Strategy
- Build out and execute a digital marketing plan for Tryp Studios across Instagram, LinkedIn, and web
- Develop a content calendar and tone of voice that reflects our aesthetic, talent network, and global energy
Showcase Client & Talent Work
- Create innovative visual and written content to tell the stories of our talent and the brands they collaborate with
- Use a mix of case studies, reels, carousels, and AI-powered design tools to share their impact
Play With the Future
- Experiment with AI design tools to concept new ways of showing our studio’s work and creative approach
- Identify emerging platforms or formats that we should be exploring
Creative & Brand Design Support
- Support with designing decks, reels, and brand assets for our internal comms and client presentations
WHO YOU ARE
- A self-starter who wants to make real creative decisions, not just take notes
- Obsessed with storytelling - from brand language to visual execution
- Comfortable in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)
- Interested in (or already exploring) AI-based creative tools
- Know your way around Instagram and LinkedIn from both a user and strategy point of view
- Curious, opinionated, and globally minded - with a strong eye for culture, aesthetics, and what’s next
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in or studied marketing, fashion, design, or communications
