Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £52,000

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a premium beauty brand who are trusted by both consumers and professionals in the UK and internationally. With a focus on quality, education and customer wellbeing, the company offers a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment for individuals looking to contribute to a fast-growing, category-defining brand.

The Role

This is a hands-on, commercially focused marketing role responsible for driving e-commerce performance, customer engagement and retention across digital channels. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams, you will own the execution and optimisation of the website, email marketing and loyalty strategy to support product launches, campaigns and overall brand growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advocate for the brand’s products and customers, developing a strong understanding of customer needs and the value the products deliver.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and manage the online trading and email communications calendar.
  • Oversee the delivery of email campaigns, ensuring they are executed accurately, on schedule and to a high standard.
  • Track and evaluate performance, producing regular reports with insights on email activity and website performance.
  • Review market developments and share insights and recommendations with the wider team and senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with product development to support launch planning and campaign rollouts.
  • Manage ongoing website content and updates, liaising with external partners for more advanced development work.
  • Brief and coordinate with external creative partners, ensuring outputs meet brand and commercial objectives.
  • Oversee and grow the customer loyalty programme across both online and in-person touchpoints.
  • Enhance customer value by improving retention, encouraging repeat purchase, and refining the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of copy for press opportunities, maintaining regular communication with PR partners.
  • Provide support to the commercial team in the delivery of events and activations.
  • Assist the wider marketing team with activity across social platforms, creative projects and key campaign periods.

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience, including strong e-commerce exposure, with proven expertise in website management, email marketing (EDM), and campaign-driven customer acquisition.
  • Demonstrable success in driving customer lifetime value (LTV) through loyalty programs, optimised consumer journeys, and data-driven decision-making that impacts sales.
  • Experience managing commercial targets and metrics, with a track record of using insights to grow both paid and organic channels.
  • Experience in branded environments (e.g., health, tech, wellness) and exposure to PR, including coordinating campaigns, copy, and managing agencies or freelancers.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Entrepreneurial, shopper-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly under pressure.
  • Open to leveraging AI and emerging technologies to drive marketing innovation and optimise customer engagement.
  • Professional, ambitious, and capable of leading marketing initiatives for a global brand while maintaining a calm, composed, and collaborative approach.
