Master Data Business Partner

Description:

Nichols plc, the home of Vimto, is seeking a Master Data Business Partner to act as the subject matter expert for key data pillars, maintain the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system, and support the ongoing development of the Data Hub, the central location for all data requests. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure data integrity, educate stakeholders on key data pillars, and enhance visibility and governance of data across the business.

You will play a crucial role in helping Vimto continue its journey of innovation and quality, ensuring that data management processes are robust, accurate, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the business expert for Master Data Customer & Supplier.

• Manage and maintain data connections between systems such as SAC & TPM.

• Develop SAP fields and ensure thorough understanding of each field’s purpose.

• Educate the wider business on Master Data principles.

• Drive continuous data cleansing and maintenance initiatives.

• Sign off on new records with relevant stakeholders.

• Partner on strategic business projects impacting Customer & Supplier data.

• Manage data flows between the TPM system and SAP.

• Document and monitor data flows between systems.

• Communicate ways of working (WoW) to educate the business.

• Support development of TPM system data and SAP requirements.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in ERP Master Data for Customer & Supplier.

• Excellent data management and manipulation skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills to drive data integrity and accuracy.

• Ability to train and educate stakeholders across multiple business functions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Forms.

• Previous experience in a data-driven role within FMCG.

• Familiarity with Data Hub design, implementation, and data governance.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
