Are you an experienced Materials and Forklift Coordinator looking to take the next step in a dynamic, fast-paced, and regulated environment? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join a growing biopharmaceutical team supporting the full lifecycle of raw materials and finished goods—from receipt to dispatch.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receive, store, and distribute materials across the site in line with GMP standards
• Sample and dispense raw materials for bulk manufacturing processes
• Manage ERP-based inventory records and support regular cycle counts and stocktakes
• Prepare and coordinate domestic and international product shipments
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless production support
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Recent experience in a similar warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role—ideally within pharma or regulated industry
• Valid Forklift Truck license
• Strong understanding of cGMP and GDP practices
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP or similar) and MS Excel
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible with the ability to respond to changing priorities
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
