The company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager for a major commercial building project in Central London. This is one of the most significant ventures in the city, and the project is currently in its early stages, offering long-term job security as MEP installation is not expected to begin until mid-2027. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day mechanical construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring high performance and productivity.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including electrical teams, architects, consultants, and clients, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Review and approve mechanical design and installation plans, ensuring they meet the project’s specifications.

• Oversee the procurement of mechanical equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.

• Ensure all mechanical work meets the highest quality standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.

• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting milestones and addressing any issues.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence on-site.
