As a Medical Communications Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality medical education and communication programmes across diverse therapeutic areas. You will collaborate with some of the world’s leading medical experts and global clients to ensure content excellence and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Developing outlines and programmes for face-to-face events, digital initiatives, and enduring educational materials.

• Collaborating with medical experts to create accurate and engaging presentations and content.

• Managing multiple medical communication projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, accuracy, and quality standards.

• Leading project calls with clients and experts to align scope and content direction.

• Providing guidance to internal/external writers, editors, and design teams to maintain high-quality outputs.

• Contributing to the development and execution of strategic medical communication plans.

• Ensuring effective communication of project status, challenges, and recommendations across stakeholders.

Requirements:

• PhD in Life Sciences, MD, PharmD, or MSc in Biomedical Sciences with relevant experience.

• Strong scientific understanding and the ability to quickly learn new therapeutic areas.

• Strategic and critical thinking with analytical ability.

• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• High attention to detail, flexibility, and resilience under pressure.

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

• Eligible to work in the UK (permanent work permit required).
