Mep Procurement Manager

Description:

Crown House Technologies is seeking an experienced MEP Procurement Manager to join their team at their Northern head office in Sale, Manchester. As an MEP Procurement Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the delivery of a best-in-class procurement service in collaboration with the supply chain and senior procurement leaders.

• Managing procurement for subcontractors, materials, plant, and services, ensuring alignment with the Project Procurement Strategy.

• Providing market intelligence, cost advice, and performance feedback to Central Procurement and Work Winning teams.

• Mentoring a team of procurement professionals, fostering growth, collaboration, and support.

• Monitoring market trends and proposing innovative procurement strategies to enhance opportunities and minimize risks.

• Supporting work-winning activities and contributing to strategic procurement decisions.

• Building strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers that align with Laing O'Rourke’s values.
