• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Office training
• Expertise in Excel
• Expertise in Power BI
• Expertise in Microsoft Project
• Expertise in SharePoint
• Expertise in Primavera (Fundamentals & Advanced)
• Expertise in Office 365 (Word, Project, Visio, Access, Teams, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (virtual & in-person)
• Engaging, dynamic, learner-focused training style
