Description:
Gallagher, a global leader in risk management and cybersecurity, is seeking a Mid-Level Penetration Tester to join its growing team. This client-facing role offers remote flexibility with exciting travel opportunities for internal engagements, wireless assessments, and red teaming.
As part of Gallagher’s Cyber Risk Management Division, you will work alongside a team of four penetration testing experts and contribute to cutting-edge security projects within a large organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct external, internal, web application, WiFi, cloud, and red team penetration tests.
- Perform OSINT investigations, phishing campaigns, Cyber Essentials audits, and governance projects.
- Provide cyber awareness training and network hardening consultations to clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Penetration Tester, with expertise in web application testing, internal black-box testing, cloud security, and WiFi assessments.
- Background in IT Helpdesk/IT Support, with knowledge of networking, Windows Active Directory, and Windows/Linux systems.
- Strong familiarity with OWASP vulnerabilities, web application security, and infrastructure penetration testing.
- Must have or be working towards OSCP/CRT or equivalent.
- Enthusiastic about cybersecurity, with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
- Desirable certifications: CPSA, Security+, CEH, Pentest+, PPNT.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning technologies.
