As a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will be part of a vibrant team committed to helping clients find bespoke mortgage and protection solutions tailored to their personal and business needs. The role demands a strong customer service ethos, guiding clients to the best mortgage and protection products available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive mortgage and protection advice to a diverse client base

• Assess clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable products

• Advise on protection products related to mortgages, including life assurance and income protection

• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge of mortgage and protection products

• Liaise with lenders, estate agents, solicitors, and providers to ensure smooth transactions

• Prepare and submit detailed mortgage and protection applications on clients’ behalf

• Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and legislation

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships

Qualifications:

• CeMAP qualification mandatory, ideally with competent adviser status

• Proven track record as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser with new business generation and completion

• Deep understanding of mortgage and protection markets and regulatory framework
