Multi-skilled Technician

Description:

Johnson Matthey Plc, a global leader in sustainable technology with over 200 years of history, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to support its operations in Brimsdown. This role will be instrumental in supporting the company’s mission to accelerate the transition to net-zero by maintaining the performance and safety of critical equipment and systems across its pilot plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled mechanical maintenance (planned, reactive, and corrective) to ensure equipment reliability

• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently while supporting operational requirements

• Collaborate with engineering teams on failure investigations and improvement strategies

• Perform safety-focused plant modifications and identify reliability issues

• Conduct inspections, update CMMS, interpret technical drawings, and manage spare parts stock
