Netsuite Finance Consultant

Description:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Finance Consultant to support a finance transformation and ERP optimization initiative. This role will work closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to enhance financial workflows, reporting, and system controls within NetSuite.

The ideal consultant has hands-on experience configuring and optimizing NetSuite for accounting, FP&A, and financial reporting in a multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current NetSuite finance and accounting workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and control issues
• Configure and optimize:
• General Ledger
• Accounts Payable / Receivable
• Revenue recognition
• Fixed assets
• Intercompany and multi-subsidiary accounting
• Improve financial close, reconciliation, and reporting processes
• Build or enhance:
• Financial statements
• Dashboards
• Saved searches
• Custom reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Partner with finance leadership and operational teams to translate business needs into NetSuite solutions
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
• Assist with data cleanup, migrations, or system enhancements as needed
