New Product Development Manager

The NPD Manager will own the end-to-end development of new food products, coming to market and there will be plenty of pace required leading innovation from concept through to retail launch – if you’re up for the challenge this role will offer real ownership and a huge amount of visibility across the business.

The Role

• Lead the full NPD lifecycle from concept to launch
• Build and manage a commercially focused innovation pipeline
• Work cross-functionally across technical, supply chain, sales & marketing
• Manage suppliers and manufacturing partners to deliver against cost and feasibility targets
• Conduct product benchmarking, testing, and optimisation
• Own costings, margins, and packaging development
• Track performance post-launch and drive improvements

About You

• Degree in Food Science or related field
• 4+ years’ NPD experience within FMCG / food manufacturing
• Proven track record of delivering retail-ready products
• Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
• Confident working cross-functionally and externally with partner
