Primark is seeking a Night Team Manager at their Fosse Park store in Leicester. This role is essential for ensuring the store is fully stocked, organized, and ready for daily operations. As part of a people-first culture, you will supervise night shifts, manage deliveries, and communicate with the daytime management team to maintain seamless store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee store replenishment and maintain tidy, fully stocked shelves to enhance the customer shopping experience.

• Manage deliveries and coordinate product moves or price changes with the day management team.

• Report stock issues promptly.

• Allocate tasks to Night Retail Assistants and support their development to maintain engagement and motivation.

• Drive personal development through digital learning, apprenticeships, and career pathways.
