An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NTQ Delivery Manager to join a high-paced telecoms environment, focusing on critical infrastructure management across the UK. The role plays a pivotal part in the maintenance, continuity, and replacement of mobile network coverage, especially in high-risk and NTQ (Notice to Quit) impacted locations.
The NTQ Delivery Manager will lead the end-to-end coordination of site acquisitions, equipment upgrades, and relocations, ensuring services remain uninterrupted and aligned with broader network strategies. This is a delivery-focused role that combines project management, stakeholder coordination, contract oversight, and strategic site continuity planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee delivery of site acquisitions, network upgrades, and infrastructure movements in NTQ and high-risk locations.
Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and budgets are maintained.
Drive risk mitigation strategies through continuity planning and infrastructure replacement execution.
Support legal negotiations, risk assessments, and lease renewals, working to protect site integrity and network coverage.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven background in telecom infrastructure rollout, with a focus on NTQ and risk-prone sites.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including surveyors, legal, technical, and design departments.
Deep understanding of contract and project management principles.
