Nurse Deputy Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of this small, person-centred nursing home.

What We’re Looking For

- Registered Nurse (NMC PIN essential)

- Previous Deputy Manager experience in a nursing home setting

- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining CQC compliance

- Strong leadership skills with experience in meeting targets and KPIs

- A passion for delivering high standards of care and supporting staff development

- Good longevity in previous roles and a desire to grow within the organisation

- Clean DBS
