We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Service Manager to provide senior leadership at our client's Children’s Homes in Wakefield. Join a dedicated team focused on delivering quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of young adults in need!

What You Will Need:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare) or working towards it
• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated “Good” or above home
• Experience working with children and young people aged 16+ with challenging behaviors
• In-depth knowledge of current legislation (Children's Homes England Regulations 2015, Quality Standards 2015, Children Act 1989, Children Act 2004, Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023, and others)
