Operations Director opportunity working for a privately owned main contractor in London who have an exceptional name in the market and an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Director.

This Operations Director will be working for a main contractor focused on the refurb and commercial fit out sector on projects circa £50million. The role of Operations Director will be to oversee 2-3 schemes as well as build teams, implement processes/procedures to ensure the smooth running of this division. The Operations Director will report into a Construction Director and have Project Directors reporting into them.

• This Operations Director will be responsible for working alongside SHE, Quality, and operations improvement to promote continuous development in the business.
• Lead on business improvement ideas by bringing innovation throughout the operations function.
• Provide support on bids and support teams to ensure everyone is working to their full potential.
• Working with the design and commercial teams to ensure project success in this division.

The ideal Operations Director will have 2-3 years experience working in a similar position. This Operations Director needs commercial/retail project experience on projects up to £50million in the fit out and refurb sector.

This Operations Director will be a true leader and someone who has excellent client communication who is able to inspire their teams.
