📢 We’re hiring: Operations Manager – Glasgow/Paisley

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join Harrow Green and take a leading role in the operational delivery of our Glasgow business.

This is a key position for someone who enjoys being close to the operation while also looking at the bigger picture, improving performance, developing people and ensuring our clients continue to receive the exceptional service Harrow Green is known for.

You’ll take responsibility for day-to-day operational and warehouse performance across Glasgow and the surrounding area, including resource planning, inventory and storage, customer delivery, compliance and continuous improvement.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Lead, motivate and develop operational and warehouse teams
• Deliver consistently high standards for major and high-profile clients
• Use data and KPIs to improve performance, efficiency and customer outcomes
• Drive process improvement, digitisation and smarter ways of working
• Manage resources and costs without compromising service quality
• Champion safety, compliance and sustainable operations
• Build strong relationships from the warehouse floor through to senior client stakeholders

Experience within relocation, logistics or another service-led operational environment would be particularly valuable.
