Specsavers Bristol City Centre is seeking a motivated and ambitious Optometrist Supervisor to join their well-established team. This role is ideal for experienced optometrists who are passionate about eyecare, leadership, and professional growth. The Optometrist Supervisor will work in a state-of-the-art store with 8 testing rooms and a team of experienced Opticians and Technicians, supporting the delivery of excellent clinical care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the optometry team, providing guidance and support.

• Deliver high-quality eye care services to customers.

• Ensure compliance with clinical and professional standards.

• Support and participate in the professional development of the team.

• Utilize innovative clinical equipment and technology to enhance patient care.

• Contribute to maintaining a thriving and customer-focused store environment.
