Partner & Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's market presence.
  • Identify potential business opportunities by researching industry trends and market needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present and promote company services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
  • Assist in marketing efforts by collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Manage accounts and ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs.
  • Attend networking events to promote Dapt and its services.
  • Be our LinkedIn superstar to drive page growth and profile visibility of our company and team.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress to senior management.
  • Continuously update knowledge of the industry, market, and competitors.


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates (specify industry if needed).



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, a related field or relevant business experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
