Partnerships & Engagement Manager

Description:

You will be the Partnerships & Engagement Manager, covering Nottinghamshire County for the Your Health Your Way ‘Integrated Wellbeing Service’.

You will be expected to engage with a wide range of operational and strategic stakeholders at place and system level to ensure true system integration across all elements of the service. You will support the Head of Service and Specialist Leads to develop and maintain effective referral pathways into the IWS and build long- lasting relationships with system partners from a range of sectors, including but not limited to: primary and secondary care, CVS, place based partnerships, local authorities and the ICB.

You will be responsible for engagement within the South Notts locality and manage a team of Engagement Officers, each covering a different area of the county (Bassetlaw and Mid Notts) and the county-wide Digital Marketing and Communications Officer. You will be required to conduct weekly 1:1s and team meeting, while monitoring referral targets and weekly updates reports and provide support/guidance around ongoing workstreams.
