As it continues to evolve its commercial offering, the organisation is looking to appoint a Partnerships Lead to oversee a portfolio of flagship partnerships and help shape the next generation of partner activation and engagement.

 

The Impact You'll Make:

This organisation is looking for a Partnerships Lead to lead the strategic growth and activation of a portfolio of flagship commercial partnerships.

 

This is a senior role within the partnerships team, responsible for shaping how some of the organisation’s most important commercial relationships are developed and brought to life. Working closely with global brands, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will create innovative partnership strategies that deliver meaningful value for both partners and the organisation.

 

You will have the opportunity to influence long-term partnership planning, develop creative campaign concepts and identify new ways to deepen fan engagement, enhance partner performance and unlock additional value. Rather than focusing solely on rights delivery, you will play a key role in evolving partnerships and ensuring they continue to grow and deliver impact year after year.

 

Working across integrated campaigns spanning digital, content, experiential and product-led activations, you will help globally recognised brands connect with audiences in authentic and impactful ways.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic management and growth of a portfolio of flagship commercial partnerships
  • Develop innovative partnership strategies and integrated marketing campaigns aligned to partner and organisational objectives
  • Identify new activation opportunities that enhance partner value and drive stronger audience engagement
  • Create and oversee creative partnership campaigns across digital, content, experiential and product-led activations
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, digital, content, media and events to deliver best-in-class partnership programmes
  • Act as a senior point of contact for partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop measurement frameworks and reporting that demonstrate partnership impact and return on investment
  • Translate campaign insights into recommendations that inform future partnership strategy
  • Maintain a strong understanding of sponsorship, marketing and fan engagement trends to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Support commercial planning and budgeting across partnership programmes

 

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in partnership activation, sponsorship management or partnership marketing within sport, entertainment, media, agency or brand environments
  • Strong track record of developing strategic and creative partnership programmes
  • Experience managing high-profile stakeholder relationships and complex partnership portfolios
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how partnerships create value
  • Ability to develop integrated campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills
  • Experience working within fast-paced and commercially driven environments
  • Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Passion for sport, marketing and fan engagement
